Peacham
Luxury Suite - $275/night
The fireplaced, first-floor Peacham Luxury
Suite (pictured above) is spacious and sunny with magnificent views of Burke
Mountain and the surroundings, there is a queen bed with floral comforter,
comfortable red checked reading chairs, and full modern bath. The Peacham has a
fully equipped eat-in kitchen with sweeping views of the front lawn.
The Danville Luxury
Suite - $275/night
The Danville Luxury Suite located on the second
floor is large and sunny. The walls are painted sage green; queen bed with
floral comforter, a large pine writing table, sitting area with chaise lounge
alongside a wall of bookcases, and modern bath with shower and Jacuzzi
tub
North Danville Standard Room - $175/night
A corner room
on the second floor with two twin beds, cheery yellow floral comforter and

The Maidstone Luxury Suite -
$275/night
The Maidstone Luxury Suite is painted in pastel green, it
has a queen four-poster pine bed bordered by antique commode cupboards, candle
lamps, antique bureau, stenciled floors. Full modern tiled bath with shower and
a Jacuzzi tub.
Lost Nation - $175/night
Lost Nation is a standard room
with terracotta painted walls, two twin cannonball beds, rose and green floral

- A 9% Vermont tax will be added to all rates
- $35/night will be added for a third person in the room (Pack-n-Play
$15/night)
- Foliage Season: 2-night minimum stay required from the
2nd Friday in September through 2nd Saturday in October.
- Holiday Weekends: 2-night minimum stay required on
President's Day, and New Year's Eve
- Certain pets allowed with prior permission for $50/ night in Peacham,
Danville, N. Danville.
- All major credit cards accepted
- Deposits and Cancellations: A one night's deposit is required
to confirm a reservation. In the event of cancellation with less than two
weeks' notice, deposit is non-refundable. With over 14 days notice, deposit is
refundable less a $25.00 processing fee.
- Check-in Time: after 3:00 pm. Checkout Time: requested by 11:00 am.
